- 1 Large egg
- 250 mL Milk
- 1 cup Self raising flour
- 3/4 cup Blueberries

Instructions
- Lightly beat the egg with a whisk or fork in mixing bowl.
- Add the milk and whisk together.
- Add in flour a bit at a time and whisk until mixture is smooth and all flour is mixed in.
- Add blueberries and fold into batter.
- Use a large frying pan on medium heat and a small knob of butter. Cook to golden brown.
