Instructions
  1. Core the apple and slice all the fruit into wedges. Place in a large pitcher.
  2. Add sugar to fruit and muddle.
  3. Add the liquor, orange juice and red wine to the pitcher and stir well.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Best left over night.
  5. When you are ready to serve, remove from fridge and top with ice and sparkling water.
