Peeled, cored and sliced into smaller wedges

Instructions
Filling
Preheat oven to 180°C
Combine apples, water, cinnamon and sugar in a saucepan over low to medium heat. Add sultanas (*optional)
Cook and stir for 8 – 10 minutes or until apple softens.
Crumble
Place flour, sugar, cinnamon, oats and in a large bowl and mix until combined.
Chop butter into smaller pieces and soften then add to the mix. Combine with hands until a crumb texture is formed.
Add apples to baker and then add crumble mixture. Ensure the cooked fruit is fully covered.
Bake for 20 – 30 minutes until crumble is golden
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or cream.
