Instructions
Lightly beat the egg with a whisk or fork in mixing bowl.
Add the milk and whisk together.
Add in flour a bit at a time and whisk until mixture is smooth and all flour is mixed in.
Add blueberries and fold into batter.
Use a large frying pan on medium heat and a small knob of butter. Cook to golden brown.
