  1. Preheat oven to 180°C
  2. Combine apples, water, cinnamon and sugar in a saucepan over low to medium heat. Add sultanas (*optional)
  3. Cook and stir for 8 – 10 minutes or until apple softens.
Crumble
  1. Place flour, sugar, cinnamon, oats and in a large bowl and mix until combined.
  2. Chop butter into smaller pieces and soften then add to the mix. Combine with hands until a crumb texture is formed.
  3. Add apples to baker and then add crumble mixture. Ensure the cooked fruit is fully covered.
  4. Bake for 20 – 30 minutes until crumble is golden
  5. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or cream.
